Isn't that too big for a business like mine?
No. ERP sounds like a corporation, but here it just means that quotes, hours, invoices and reporting hang together. Pulse is built for businesses of one to thirty people - you switch on what you need, the rest stays out of the way.
Can I try Pulse first?
Yes, 7 days free and without payment details. You get the full feature set with one user; PDFs carry a watermark during that time. After it ends your access is paused and your data stays - you simply pick a plan and carry on. Choose earlier and you are unlocked straight away.
How long am I tied in?
Not at all. You cancel with one click in your account - even on the last day. No notice periods, no reason required, no phone call to us. As long as you don't cancel, the subscription keeps running.
Can I get out again if Pulse isn't right?
Yes, and your data comes with you. You export every list as CSV yourself - customers, projects, hours, invoices. No request to us, no waiting, also after cancelling: your account stays open for another 90 days for exactly that.
That is deliberate. Pulse is built for businesses that grow - and if you need a bigger system one day, the move should be open to you. Your data is yours. The way in and the way out are the same.
Do I get help moving over?
Yes. One hour of setup and a demo are free - together on screen, with your own data. Customers, suppliers, employees and projects can be imported by CSV; we help with taking data out of your current system.
What about my invoices and my tax advisor?
Pulse does not replace your tax advisor. Your tax advisor gets the outgoing invoice as an e-invoice per EN 16931, archived in an audit-proof way. You export the records for your tax advisor yourself, whenever you want. Outgoing invoices are issued as ZUGFeRD per EN 16931 - a PDF/A-3 with an embedded XML file.
Does it work when I'm out on site?
Yes, Pulse runs fully in your phone browser - projects, customers, time tracking, leads. You can also add Pulse to your home screen like an app, without going through an app store. Out on site that is particularly handy.
Which languages is Pulse available in?
Pulse is available in German and English, switchable per user. More languages are planned.
